Great Abs Apple-Pan Chicken

Ingredients:
Nonstick vegetable oil spray|
2 chicken breast, skinned and boned
1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into ˝ inch slices
1 apple, cored and quartered
1/2 Onion, sliced in rings
3 ounces apples cider
1/4 Teaspoon thyme
1/4 Teaspoon rosemary
1/4 Teaspoon sage
Dash of pepper
1/4 Cup water
1 teaspoon whole-wheat flour
Cooking Process:
1. Spray large skillet with nonstick vegetable oil. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Remove, set aside.
2. Add sweet potatoes and apples to skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove to plate.
3. To skillet, add onion. Cook, stirring until tender. Return chicken pan. Add apple cider, herbs, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes, covered.
4. Return potatoes to skillet and simmer, covered for 10 minutes.
5. Add apples to pan and simmer for 10 simmer
6. Stir wheat flour into cold water. Gradually pour into skillet while stirring. Cook another 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
