About Us

BONA Fitness Katy isn’t your typical gym.
We don’t just supply the equipment and let you have at it. Since 1999, our personal trainers and instructors have been acting as your cheerleaders, helpers, and teachers. We’ve combined the best of athletic training, plyometrics, power lifting, weight lifting, core work, and agility skills to give you a fitness and wellness experience you simply won’t find anywhere else.

From our facilities (cleaned twice a day) to our trainers (NASM or AFFA certified), everything is created to help us live up to our motto: At birth we are given natural ability; our life’s purpose is to build on it. We even have a nonprofit organization, the BONA Foundation, to help underprivileged and overweight kids. It’s time for you to build on your natural ability. Give us a call today to learn more about how you can join the movement and become a member of BONA Fitness Katy.
