I am a 48-year-old mother of two beautiful daughters, a loving wife, and a hard worker. Through the years, I have worked out off and on. Even though I always enjoyed working out, I would soon loose direction in my routine and give into bad eating habits, which resulted in mediocre and less than satisfying results. Three years ago, I noticed age had finally begun to take its toll on my body. My energy level was low, and it was too obvious to ignore. I decided to make a true commitment to getting into shape. The result has been so fantastic that as recently as a few months ago I participated in the John Sherman Bodybuilding Show, placing in both the Master Body Building and Figure categories. I never thought I could feel so proud and rewarded by just looking in the mirror. Imagine, all of this at the age of 48! I love the body that God created for me, and I am proud to know it is healthy and strong. I now look the best that I ever have, and assure you that you too can get the same results. Don't let age, current physical condition, or anyone else be a deterrent. Discover, as I did, the fountain of youth, energy and health at the gym. |
