PERSONAL TRAINING
When it comes to weight loss, building strength, and getting fit, it’s always personal. Make life easier on yourself and work with a personal trainer. 

At BONA Fitness Katy, our personal trainers are all NASM or AFFA certified and trained in our special BONA system. They’re great role models, working out at least three days per week purely for the love of it. Furthermore, they’ve walked in your shoes: they know how to juggle working out on top of a full-time job, family, and hobbies. We believe “you can’t coach it if you haven’t done it,” and we live up to that every day.

The most important thing, however, is our personal trainers are on your team. We’ll create a workout routine and schedule that works for you. You’ll get the encouragement, tips, and knowledge you need to succeed at your goals.
PROGRAMS & FEES
Getting the help you need to meet your fitness goals is easier and more affordable than you think. Check out the different programs we have available and choose the one that works best for you. Each plan is charged on a monthly basis and includes general membership.

One ½ hour session per week
